Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales plans/ actions, in collaboration with the communication team and in line with the sales strategies and sales targets of the organisation.
  • Analyse the market and develop, with the various teams, an effective plan to maximize profit.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing/ commercial events.
  • Feedback regularly on competitors.
  • Manage and coordinate activities organized by the Sales department.
  • Present, sell and lease Talents’ products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Negotiate the terms of sales and liaise with concerned teams for issue of proposal and follow-up.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets/ goals.
  • Work seamlessly with relevant departments to ensure property delivery of agreed services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong and healthy relationship between Talents and its clients.
  • Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and ensure that same are dealt with rapidly.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on sales target achievements.

 

Candidates Profile:

  • Degree in Marketing and/ or Sales
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales
  • Driving license
  • Out-going personality
  • Good customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen

Training Coordinator

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work on projects allocated by HOD with diligence.
  • Design programme outline based on clients’ requirement, in consultation with other team members and specialists.
  • Prepare and validate costing for each project.
  • Prepare and send proposal for client while ensuring the MQA process follows.
  • Liaise with trainers and facilitators to ensure correct information is available before any delivery.
  • Plan Observation session where necessary between trainer and client before delivery of project.
  • Organise for material preparation before delivery.
  • Build and maintain client relationship throughout the project and beyond.
  • Participate in enhancing digital presence of Talents and promotion of offerings.
  • Ensure that client testimonials are received and well archived after project delivery.

 

Candidates Profile:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Social Studies, Psychology or any other related field.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (French and English)
  • Service Oriented
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Culture Development & Team Building Executive

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work on the conception and development of Culture and Team Building products.
  • Facilitate the different Culture and Team Building activities as well as Adult/Creative Learning Sessions that are held at Talents.
  • Develop mechanisms to efficiently design and follow-up on client needs and optimise ROI (Return on Investment) of such offerings.
  • Ensure that the input/feedback required from all relevant department is monitored and shared for efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee administrative procedures for an efficient project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Initiate the purchase of new materials to be used for activities, when appropriate and feasible.
  • Maintain BTL, TTL and ATL communications updated (i.e. promotional materials, including videos and voice recordings) to enhance sales.
  • Conduct research on current worldwide trends in Team Building & Culture Development.
  • Integrate approved ideas and concepts into the functioning of the department.
  • Act as a liaison with part-time facilitators and manage the relationship with the latter.
  • Present a bi-annual report on Culture Development and Team Building trends including research performed on the subject and proposing strategies for business development.

 

Candidates Profile:

  • Degree holder in HR, Psychology, Social Sciences, Education or a related field.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in the planning of Team Building or similar activities such as Scouts.
  • Experience in Adult Teaching and proven leadership skills.
  • Well-organised, flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time and stress management.
